Once payment is processed, your order will be promptly shipped.
I pride myself on quick shipping, with items mailed approx. 1 - 3 days from confirmed payment. I stay in touch with my customers to let them know expected ship date.
My items ship through the U.S. Postal System. Orders are shipped via First Class Mail, as weight allows, and priority mail for packages which are too heavy to qualify for First Class Postage Rates. The shipping price in my listings reflect fees for packaging, shipping, handling and postage. Tracking is provided on many shipments. My shipping prices reflect a discount when multiple items are mailed to the the same address. The reduced rate will automatically be calculated upon checkout. If postage / shipping expenses come in much less than the amount paid, I send partial refunds to customers via PayPal.
If you'd like to upgrade to priority or express service, please contact me for more info. and I can send you a second invoice to pay for the additional postage amount.
Your order will ship to the address you enter during checkout, unless otherwise noted.
Items are nicely presented, then well packaged to avoid damage in transit. Special care is taken with every order!
For INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -- I may consider shipping certain items internationally and will be happy to provide a shipping quote if it is not listed on the item. Please note that any Customs Charges or additional Fees associated with shipping international are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information.
Purchases from my Etsy shop are now handled through EtsyPay - which provides a variety of payment methods. All transactions are handled through a secure processing center. Individual Etsy shops never receive your credit card information. Once I receive confirmation that your payment is processed, your order will be promptly shipped.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Your satisfaction is my goal. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me immediately and I'll do what I can to work things out. An option may be for you to return your item to me, in original condition, within 10 business days of the receipt of your order - (with the exception of custom or bulk orders). I’ll be happy to work with you on an exchange, or will reimburse you the cost of the item. With any return or exchange, you’ll be responsible for covering shipping expenses.

Due to the nature of personalization or special work required on custom orders, I am unable to accept the return of a custom order. If an ordered is canceled by the buyer prior to the stated shipping date, a partial refund may be considered, but is not guaranteed. Partial refunds will depend on details of the order, including quantity, timing of order placement & cancellation, stated ship date, materials/supplies purchased and the amount of time and work already completed by the seller.
On custom orders, I stay in touch with customers throughout my creating process and send updateed photos along the way. You'll receive a photo of your completed custom work prior to shipping to make sure it is what you expect.
EXCLUSIVE DESIGNS As a “one woman shop,” I’ve put a great amount of thought, time and creativity to design unique gift items for the enjoyment of others. I’ve personally created my own designs and patterns and have written all copy, item names, descriptions, and packaging details. The names Tracy B Designs, Painted Pudgy, & Pudgy Pal, Les Scraps La Fleur,Lettuce Leaf Cup Posies, Happy Home Collection and Crafted Fresh are protected as trademark brand names and the words and artistic applications cannot be copied. Thanks for your appreciation of hand-crafted work and all that goes into it.
WHOLESALE / BULK ORDERS Certain times of the year, I do offer discounts on selected items for bulk purchases. Please contact me regarding wholesale/bulk inquires & I'd be happy to talk with you. Please be prepared to provide your current resale license number for wholesale purchases. I handle all bulk orders as a custom order, and therefore will create items specifically for you.
