All shipping is 1st Class USPS and will be shipped out within 48 hours of receiving payment. I ONLY ship to the address on your Paypal account or Direct Payment to protect you and me. I do combine shipping even after you have closed out one transaction, if you need to add something else, convo me.

Returns & exchanges

All refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. If a refund is given, it will only be for the purchase price of the item minus all etsy and paypal fees. I do not refund shipping costs.

All returns must have approval via convo prior to anything being accepted for return, refund or exchange. Returning anything without written prior approval and resolution from this seller will not be accepted. These policies are here to protect you the buyer as well as myself, the seller.
