Since 2006 thousands of customers have purchased EZ rails to meet the needs of their DIY railing projects.
****Please read carefully because we will need some measurement information from you! See last picture.****
- Top rail is a solid 1/2" by 1 1/2" aluminum flat bar - Curl is added to each end for beauty and safety - Post are solid 1 inch square bar - Bolts together with button head screws tighten onto the rail "U" clamps - All hardware included is stainless steel, rust free
Choose between 2 styles of In-Ground Posts: - In-Ground: 59" posts for cementing into dirt - Core Drill: 40" posts for cementing into a core drilled hole in steps * Both posts put the railing at an overall height of 34".
Please note that by default the aluminum rail is sent out without any finish. If you want to achieve a bright aluminum shine you will need to clean and polish with aluminum products such as those used on automotive wheels. Or you can request that we coat this with grey primer if you intend to paint later.
Please choose the size closest to your needs. Your rail will actually end up being one foot longer than your nose to nose dimension.
Measure the "nose to nose" of your steps. This is the diagonal distance from the nose of the bottom step to the nose of the top step or landing.
For rails with 3 Posts, please measure the overall nose to nose as well as the nose to nose from the top to the middle step. Depending on how many steps you have you may have to choose which step is considered the middle.
If you have questions please call or message us. Also send the measurement and a note for wood or concrete anchors.
If you provide us with the measurements we can build and ship in just a couple days! When you receive the EZrail it is ready to go. Installation instructions are included when purchasing a railing but please feel free to contact us should you have any questions.
Once ordered, your rail will be shipped in 3-5 business days.
