Your item will be shipped to the address provided on Etsy. Please ensure that the correct address is listed. I will email you if there is a problem with your address and this will delay your order.
For delivery addresses in the United States, shipping will be USPS First Class for single patches, magnets, badges and pocket mirrors. USPS Priority Mail for purses, scarves, hats, larger custom patch orders. Tracking information will be provided. Your purse, scarf or hat purchase will be gift wrapped and shipped in a box. During the Christmas season, we will wrap your purchase in holiday gift wrap.
For international orders, we ship USPS First Class International Mail, tracking is not available for orders outside of the United States. Please ensure that your address is listed correctly. Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. After payment is received, your item will be shipped within 24 hours, with the exception of custom orders that will take several days to a week to fill. South Carolina residents are required to pay sales tax. International customers may have to pay duties on their purchases, this I cannot determine.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will work together to resolve the issue. Please contact us before you return the item. We will refund the purchase price of the item, not including the shipping charge, provided you return the item within 14 days of receipt in the same condition in which you received it. The purchase price will be refunded to you only after we receive your return. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Tracking is kindly requested. Refunds and exchanges are not issued on custom orders.
