Currently offering Gold Metallic or Silver Metallic for font colours, just select how many words your personalised gift box will have and then add a note to your purchase with the details and the font colour.

Boxes are hand decorated using a delicate vinyl decal to showcase to perfection the beautiful and elegant Charlotte font and its many intricate swirls and flourishes.

If you want to add more words to your custom order than currently offered or would like to sound out an idea of your own, maybe the possibility of applying your own logo or design to the box, please drop me a message.

Orders weighing less than 2kg (typically 3 large boxes) will be posted Royal Mail First Class (1-2 working days) within the UK. Please note this is not a tracked or guaranteed service.

Orders weighing more than 2kg will be posted using a 1-2 day tracked delivery, normally Collect+.

We accept Credit cards, Debit cards, PayPal and Etsy gift cards.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped so if you need to cancel please email us immediately.
This does not affect your ability to request a replacement or refund.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify me within 14 days of receiving the product.

Items must be returned within 28 days, unopened and in their original packaging for a replacement or refund to be issued.

Please note that custom and personalised orders are nonrefundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is not as described or it has been damaged.
