Returns & exchanges

Refund will be issued for damaged or wrong item only. Pls contact me within 5 days after receiving the items and send me photo for proof.

For undelivered items, refund can be made after lost report issued from post office for registered mail. It usually takes 30-60 working days after filing the lost report. For parcel without registered mail, no refund can be made.
