I list shipping costs for the continental United States and in most cases Canada, The United Kingdom, and Australia. If your country is not listed, please send me an inquiry for shipping costs and I'd be glad to calculate it for you. I will then post the shipping cost for your country in the item to allow you to purchase it.
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in your country. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
US packages are shipped USPS priority mail, first class or parcel post. Tracking confirmation is provided with the exception of bookmarks that are sent in regular business envelopes. If you want tracking information on those items, please make a request at time of purchase. There will be an additional charge of $2.50.
If you would like insurance added, please contact me and I will post the additional cost for that item. My Humble Jumble is not liable for product received damaged or not received unless insurance is purchased.
If you prefer another shipping method contact me for other options. I would be glad to provide a quote for an alternate method.
I use new materials for most of my shipping, but when appropriate, I use clean recycled boxes/mailers to do my small part to keep our planet greener.
My shop is set up to accept direct payment with Credit Cards through Etsy, or by any method through PayPal. I never see your credit card information.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

If you are not satisfied with anything about your purchase please contact me to resolve any issues. I will do everything I can to make things right for you and make you a happy customer. I'm easy to work with and want you to return to my shop again and again.
I try to provide all of the information you need to make a decision to buy in my listing descriptions. If you have any question about an item or any of my policies, please contact me for clarification before the sale to avoid any misunderstanding.
When an item is returned, buyer pays for return shipping.
I love doing custom orders and will work with you to find exactly what you want. Message me to start a dialogue. Once we have worked out all of the details of your custom order, I will post a link to a listing for you with payment and shipping costs. After you have reviewed and purchased the listing, I will begin work. When completed, your order will be shipped within our agreed upon time frame and shipping method.
There are no refunds on personalized custom orders.
