All of my items are hand made and/or personalized for each customer. Please understand because of this, I cannot accept returns. I will accept exchanges for another item in my shop as long as item is returned in the condition it was sent. Please contact me through etsy messages within 3 days of verified delivery. After 3 days, I cannot accept an exchange. All exchanges must be mailed back to me within 7 days of requesting the return (delivery time not included).
