*SHIPPING* -All items are shipped via the USPS using priority mail with tracking. Priority mail packages usually arrive within 4 days (not including weekends and holidays), but can occasionally take longer.
-Please make sure the address you would like your item shipped to is correct, I cannot be held responsible if you provide me with an incorrect address, as all packages will be sent to the address you provide at checkout. If an item cannot be delivered as addressed, and is returned to seller, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the item re-sent.
-Made to order items currently have a turnout time of 3-5 business days, meaning it will take anywhere from 3-5 business days for you item to be made and then shipped out. All ready to ship items will ship out in 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted.
- Please keep in mind that the cost of boxes, tape, ribbon, ink, business cards and other packing materials are all factored into my shipping fees. You will receive your items packaged in a small Kraft Brown jewelry box all ready for gift giving. Please note, that if you order more than one piece of jewelry, all items may be placed in the same jewelry box unless otherwise requested.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

*RETURNS AND REFUNDS* -Please be sure to read item descriptions carefully, no returns will be accepted based on a dissatisfaction of a specification that is clearly listed in the item description, or visible in the items photos. (Such as size or color.) ***Please do not send/return an item without consulting with me first***
-If it is agreed upon that an item may be returned, you will be responsible for returning the item, I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during return transit. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
-I do request that you return your items using a tracking number, for your protection and mine, as a refund cannot be issued until the item has arrived back to me in it's original condition.
*SIZING* -Please be aware that I do not refund or exchange items because of incorrect sizing. All made to order items will be made to the size your request, so be certain of your size when ordering.
-Rings in the shop that are "ready to ship" (i.e. not Made to Order) cannot be resized unless otherwise stated in the items description. Please read item descriptions carefully.
*DAMAGES* -If you receive your item, and it has been damaged during shipping, please notify me via Etsy Conversations immediately. If the item is damaged, I will ask you to please send me photo verification of the damage, and then I can proceed with a return &/or refund where applicable. Please understand that a refund will not be made until the item has been returned.
