All orders are shipped in a gift box and a bubble envelope via first class mail, within 12-24 hours, or in some cases, same day from when the order and payment are received. The shipping fee pays for not only the postage on your package, but also packaging (gift box, bubble mailer envelope, tape, plastic baggies, shipping labels, etc.) and gas to the Post Office.
I use the shipping address provided in your Etsy purchase order invoice. If you would like your purchase shipped to a different address just send me a convo.
Please make sure this is the correct address . Shipping cost includes tracking number to track your package. I will send you an email with the tracking number the day your package is mailed.
I do not ship internationally.
I accept credit cards and Paypal. You don't need a PayPal account to use Paypal, just pay with Visa/Mastercard through PayPal.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. If you are not happy with your purchase or if you change your mind about an item, please contact me within 7 days to arrange a return and refund (minus shipping costs).
Customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping. Any refund will be for the purchase price only, NOT including shipping charges.
All items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent before I will issue a refund (minus shipping costs)
Any item that is defective or broken will be repaired up to 30 days from the date of purchase at no charge.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Once a package is packed and labeled with postage, a cancellation request will be honored but the shipping cost will be deducted from the order, as long as the order has not left my shop. The cost to ship will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive an item that is broken please let me know Please convo me with any issues and I will take care of them immediately.
