Item details

Soft Guitars is an abstract, continuous, asymmetrical design based on the shape of an acoustic guitar. Each block is 15 inches square when finished and consists of 6 rows, 4 of which can be strip-pieced. There are two block configurations, but both blocks are made from the same 6 rows. The 8-page PDF pattern includes many colored diagrams, detailed instructions and a yardage chart for twin, full/queen and king size comforters.

When you purchase this pattern, you will also receive my free 5-page PDF tool for calculating yardage, shown in the last product image. This Yardage Calculator will not only guide you in determining your yardage requirements, but it will also guide you in cutting pieces for your quilt from strips. You can use this tool with any quilt pattern, not just with my designs.

Made some modifications but this was a great pattern that allowed for lots of flexibility. I love it and will use it several times.

I haven't made this yet. But I WILL! I have a grandson who is all about guitars, so this will make a nice off to college gift - I hope. I have a couple years yet, ha ha!
