"Condition" Guidelines for Vintage clothing:
(NOTE: Items sold in my shop are closely inspected before catalogging and shipping, HOWEVER, I am human afterall, and there is the slight possibility for missed imperfections - if this occurs and it greatly affects the garment, please message me evidence of the flaw, and the matter will be attended to on a case by case basis. Thank you!)
Mint: An item is as perfect and pristine as when it was originally made and shows no sign of wear (mint condition is rare for vintage clothing).
Near mint: An item shows only the slightest signs of wear.
Excellent: An item shows typical signs of wear due to occasional use.
Very good: An item is considered wearable but has some surface flaws (staining or soiling, for example).
Good: An item is wearable but cannot be returned to excellent condition even if repairs are made.
** If you haven't worn vintage clothing before, I urge you to check your measurements before making a purchase. Vintage garments made before 1990 are often made for different body types than today's average. However, I know the measuring tape is dreadful and scary sometimes, so I do provide details on the fit of an item to the best of my ability. Please contact me for any questions you have regarding fit, materials, etc.
