This listing is for a set of three (3) medium sterling silver lobster clasps stamped 925 ... a versatile size for jewelry making. These measure 14x5mm including the open ring and are ideal for bracelets, anklets and necklaces.
You can order additional quantities, each quantity of 1 is for three clasps. I over ordered on these, so I'm de-stashing and have also added some larger clasps in my DeStash section as well.

The purchase price (declared value) of your item will be listed on the customs form, and your item will be marked as "merchandise". I am unable to mark your merchandise as "gift" on the customs form, as it is illegal to do so and I cannot put myself or my business at risk for fines and/or legal action so please do not ask.
My S/H charges are specified in each listing for the first item, along with combined shipping discount for "if shipped with" price. Jewelry items will arrive packaged in a beribboned gift box, suitable for giving (at no extra charge). However, if you've chosen an item as a gift, and want it sent directly to the recipient, please be sure to use their name and address on the order. If you'd like me to include a personal note with the gift, just let me know what you would like it to say in the "Message to Seller" box when checking out.
► US Buyers ~ Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. If you prefer to have your order sent via Priority Mail [estimated delivery 2-3 days] you can upgrade when checking out. Or if you'd like another expedited shipping method, please contact me.

If you would like an upgrade to Priority Mail International Flat Rate [estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days], please contact me before placing your order, so I can provide you a quote for additional charges that will apply, and edit the listing to reflect the upgrade, eliminating the necessity of a separate invoice.

Returns & exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to me, so if you have any problems at all, please be sure to contact me immediately... I want you to be happy with your purchase!
Since my experience with returns is very limited, I will consider each on a case by case basis. I would prefer to offer credit towards another item in my shop whenever possible. However, I also do not want my creations in a home where they are unwelcome, so hopefully, we can work together to resolve any issues :)
Any return must be requested within 7 days (domestic) or 14 days (international) of customer receiving the item. If a return and subsequent refund is approved, it will be for the purchase price of the item(s) only, minus shipping costs paid, with the understanding that buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs.
If a return has been approved, item(s) must be returned promptly, shipped with tracking and email notification after having received approval, or no refund will be given. Returned items must also be received back in the same condition as they were sent, unless damage has been proven to have occurred in transit (see below).
My designs are made to wear and enjoy, but many components of a piece may be delicate, so please take good care once they arrive in your home. I offer no guarantees for wear or durability under any circumstances other than normal use, and will not accept returns, nor offer refunds on an item that has been subjected to any type of abuse or misuse of its intended purpose. In such case, I *may* offer a complimentary credit towards purchases in my shop.
► Lost orders - US Domestic orders - 30 day minimum before refund or replacement (if possible) International orders - 6 week minimum before refund or replacement (if possible)
Note; unless otherwise requested, my orders are shipped primarily using USPS, and we all know they can drop the ball occasionally, packages can be waylaid for a time, but their delivery rate is about 99% so I prefer to allow time for arrival. As for international orders, once the package leaves US soil, we have no control over how long it will be held up in customs in some countries, so while some orders may arrive in a week or 10 days, some can take 4-6 weeks to arrive.
► Damaged contents; Refund or replacement will be given upon approval (with photo proof of damage, in order that I may file a claim) and return of damaged item(s), I will bear the cost of return shipping. Please see above *return/refund policy for time period on requests and returns.
♦ CUSTOM ORDERS are always welcomed, with the understanding that once we've had a meeting of the minds on design style, materials and price, I will set up a Private Listing for your custom order, and you will be contacted with the link so you can place the order and process payment.
It is my policy to expect full payment at that time, before I order materials and begin working on the design, after which I will create the piece(s) and send photos for final approval. At this point, you may make reasonable changes that do not greatly alter the style originally agreed upon. Once approved, your order will be sent out on the next available mailing day, along with email confirmation of shipment with tracking info.
► Note - I do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders, since they are created specifically for you. However, in the unlikely event that the item is not quite what you expected after seeing it in person, I may accept a return of the item(s) as long as it's received in the same condition as when I sent it, and within 7 days of your having received it, with the understanding that the return shipping cost is your responsibility. Once in my possession, I will then issue a refund or a unique code to be used in my shop as credit towards future purchases, which may (or may not) equal the total value of the original item purchased.
► Please keep in mind that custom items are just that... customized for that person, and may not be resalable to another, so while the components may be able to be reused or repurposed in another design, the labor and time to create the original piece still must be compensated for to some degree, and may include a re-stocking fee. Hence, the offer of a portion of the original price paid may be given as a refund or credit in my shop, at my discretion.
