Please be sure that your confirmed address with Etsy is correct, as that is the shipping address I will use. Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail, which takes 3-7 days domestically. Transit time to Canada and everywhere else is anyone's guess. Shipping charges are listed at the bottom of the page for each item. If you are in the US and need it faster, you can upgrade your entire domestic order to Priority Mail during checkout. I endeavor to ship items out within 48 hours of payment; I will contact you if I expect any delays. I can arrange local pickup for those of you who live nearby.
I pack things well but despite the best efforts of our postal employees there may be occasional loss or damage. Insurance runs about $2.00 per $100 of value; make a note to me that you want insurance and I'll invoice you for it.
I will combine shipping -- you can shop for up to seven days and I'll combine the orders into one shipment.
Your items will be securely packaged and shipped in a bubble mailer/envelope, unless the items are delicate, in which case they will ship in a small box.
I accept all forms of Etsy payment. If payment isn't made within three days, I'll have to cancel the sale and relist the items. Let me know if there will be any delays in payment.
I will reserve pieces by request for up to seven (7) days. Contact me and I will create a reserved listing just for you.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds always available, less shipping costs. If you aren't happy with your order, please contact me within three days of receipt and make arrangements to ship any returns back to me.
