All orders: Please double check and confirm your address prior to placing your order. Once any order is placed, no address changes can be made. If, an order is returned to us via USPS, we can not be held responsible and there will be additional re-shipment fees applicable through the buyer. Once orders are shipped, the packages are now out of our hands and in the hands of USPS. If there are any delivery issues, please be aware that this is completely out of our control and the nearest mail carrier to you should be contacted to resolve any issues.
International orders: Please allow for up to 21 business days prior to delivery as there are such factors as customs to consider. Once orders are shipped, the packages are out of our hands and in the hands of USPS and the mail carriers of your country of residence. Therefore, if there are any delivery issues, they are completely out of our control and the nearest mail carrier to you should be contacted to sort out any issues. If you would like to avoid the uncertainties or nondelivery of your package, please purchase the additional upgrade to tracking.
ALL ITEMS listed in the shop are made to order and the current processing time will be 5-8 business days for the order to be made and packaged. Once shipped, (for domestic orders) please check the tracking information that comes with your purchase to obtain the shipping time frame information as we cannot control the shipping and delivery aspects once the package is in the hands of USPS.
We accept payments via paypal, all major credit cards and Etsy gift cards. NO cash or checks.
Any order cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time period, no cancellations can be made nor refunded. Thank you for understanding!
