First class (regular) shipping within the US takes 2-5 business days in transit, and first class (regular) international shipping duration depends on the destination; the United States Postal Office does not provide shipping estimates for international first class shipping packages.
Priority Shipping takes 2-3 business days within the US and for international orders, we have seen in our experience that sometimes these durations can be a few days or longer of 10 days, if the customs offices of different countries take a little longer processing packages for customs clearance.
Tracking information is provided for all domestic shipments and only for express shipments internationally as part of United States Postal Office policy.
Since these items are handmade to order, they are not eligible for return unless we have made a mistake in creating them. In that case they are eligible for return within 5 days of the order.
