Kit with materials and instructions to make a white pearl tembleque beaded flower on a traditional pin.
NOTE: tembleque not included. You are purchasing materials with instructions and an online class.
Difficulty level: Easy Time to make: 1 - 1.5 hours
Tembleques are traditional Panamanian accessories used with folkloric dresses (la pollera).
You can learn how to make a traditional beaded flower tembleque and mount it on a traditional hair pin.
Materials included in the kit are enough to make one (1) tembleque (as pictured)! If you want to make a pair please purchase my other listing that includes material for two (2) tembleque flowers.
The materials are the following: white pearls (sizes #4 and #8), iridescent pearls #8, white tear beads size #4, iridescent bugle beads, 0.3mm wire, green embroidery thread. We have included extra of everything to make sure you have enough for your tembleque.
When you purchase this item you get the above listed materials, instruction sheet with step-by-step instructions (with pictures), and a spot for a live 1.5 hours class to be held via Facebook live (exclusive for those who register only!)
We have one class per month, so you can join any class after purchasing the kit. During the class I will be making the tembleque live so you can follow instructions and I will be answering questions live. My best interest is that you learn and that you are able to make your tembleque successfully ——-> to register for a class send us a private message via Etsy, Facebook www.facebook.com/panamaniancraftsusa or Instagram (@panamaniancraftsusa) or email to vefong [!at] gmail.com.
