This listing is for 5 COPPER blanks for stamping, in the shape of a bear, and made to order.
These blanks are 18 gauge copper, and measure 3/4" tall and 1 1/8" wide. I make each blank, one by one, using a combination of a jeweler's press and dies, and a jeweler's hand saw. This process leaves a bur on the back of the raw blank, which can then be removed by filing or sanding. With this in mind, I'm happy to provide you with 3 finishing options!
See how I make them here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L-_pQZFK-MI
*The first option is the least expensive and is for "raw" and unfinished blanks. You will need to remove the bur from the back side, and any surface scratching which may have inadvertently occurred during transit.
*Should you select deburred blanks, I will remove the burs by hand, through sanding. This will cause a slight sanded texture around the edges on the back of the piece, but no sharp edges will remain.
*If you choose to have your blanks deburred and tumbled, after removing the burs through sanding, I will tumble your blanks through two rounds in the tumbler to produce a shiny finish and soften the edges and sanding marks.
I cut each of these blanks myself, one at a time, using a combination of a hydraulic press and punch, and a jeweler's hand saw. Due to the handmade nature of these pieces, slight variances may occur from blank to blank.
Because I make each blank by hand, upon payment for your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and shipment, and additional time for USPS to deliver your blanks to you.
Please ask any questions before purchasing, as I do not currently offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
