Items ship within 2-3 days of payment confirmation. All items are shipped via 1st Class Mail, boxed or bagged and in a bubble wrap envelope or video style box. Once items are shipped, I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. To purchase insurance you must contact me BEFORE processing your payment. Rates run $1.70 - 2.60 for values up to $200.
If you have any special shipping requests they must be conveyed prior to payment processing. With respect to other packing materials, it is my policy to reuse when possible.
Payment is accepted by Paypal. Please process payment within 24 hours of purchase so your shipment can be expedited and avoid cancellation.
I'm happy to put items on hold or reserve in my shop for later payment for five days.
Returns & exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you purchase items from my shop and you are not happy with them, I will refund your $ (less the postage cost) after I receive the items back unharmed.
On custom orders, if you decide you don't like the item before you pay and the item is mailed, you are under no obligation to purchase. I work very hard to meet the specific needs of my customers and I really do want you to get what you envisioned. Once purchased and shipped, custom sales are final.
Though sturdy....please remember these pieces are glass and can break or chip so use care and avoid hard surfaces and tile floors!! Please contact me through Etsy to address issues or other uncharted problems.
Retail stores that wish to stock SUZOOM! product must submit a request. 1. A copy of your state resale and or tax license and retail store front information must precede your initial order. At this time we will discuss anticipated lead time for product delivery and how to select your purchases. 2. Minimum $400 order - 10% discount applied to the total based upon retail price.discount.
Repeat orders are $150 with a 10% discount applied to the total. Some exceptions on this repeat minimum will be considered for established customers.
