Postage and Packaging is a standard cost no matter how many items you purchase! UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, however, if you would prefer an upgrade please feel free to contact us and we can discuss the options available.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard - this does not include a tracking number. If you wish to upgrade your order to International Tracked and Signed for please follow the link and add the upgrade to your order ---
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class. We always obtain proof of postage, and should a problem arise we are always happy to assist.
Orders to Europe and World Zones 1 & 2 are sent via Royal Mail International Standard (5 to 7 working days delivery aim), which unfortunately does not include a tracking number and the estimated delivery time is not guaranteed. We would recommend a delivery upgrade to include tracking so if you would prefer this option please add the following upgrade to your order.
International customers are responsible for any import taxes or fees charged by their country.
Please double check your address prior to processing your order as any items lost due to an incorrect address will not be replaced.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will happily exchange or refund the item cost and cover the cost of the return postage plus the initial order postage costs if a refund occurs.
If the items ordered are not suitable, again please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange or refund the item cost. *Please note these returns need to be sent to us via a tracked delivery service at the customers cost.
