With the recent increase in sales, my processing time is now 5-7 business days before shipment. Custom orders can take 1-2 weeks depending on how many orders I have at the time. I currently do not process orders on the weekends or Holidays, so if for any reason you need your order rushed, please leave me a message and I will try to get to it in a timely manner. Thank you!

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please contact me before leaving a review, so that I have a chance to try to help with your needs. If for some reason your item arrives damaged, I am more than happy to either send out a new item, or give a refund. Refunds will not be given if your package is delivered to an incorrect address, due to your info not being current. If your package is marked delivered, I cannot be held responsible for you not receiving it. You will have to speak with USPS about the matter. I'm very big on communication, but I firmly believe it takes two parties to make that work. I'm always available to receive messages, so don't hesitate to contact me. :)
