After purchase, we provide items 1-2 days and it takes about 2-3 weeks to reach USA. But mostly to USA within 2 weeks from our experience.

It takes about 2 month by average. This duration is from our shipping history for Canada's customers. We will ship to you by Registered Air Mail with tracking number, but for Canada Post Service doesn't provide tracking service for the package. So, we cannot track the package but it will be finally reached you.

You can track your package by the tracking number we provided to you in the receipt. Please keep checking the parcel after you receive the tracking number to be sure that the item will not be returned to sender which you will be charge for the shipping cost once again. To be sure the current position, for USA, please visit USPS.COM and enter the tracking number to track it.

For the late shipment, packages may take much time in Customs checking and some duration there are so much of package each day; it can be delayed due to climate, disaster, march, or job strike or politics matter etc... which can take effect to the late shipment. We will ship your items by a Registered Airmail that can be track-able by opening this website: http://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input From this website, enter the tracking number and then press Enter. You will see its process. Or you can call to your post office nearby and ask for your item by the tracking number we will provide to you.

The postman may leave a notification document at your door or your post box to notify you that there is a parcel for you and please go to receive it at the post office within 1-2 weeks. If the package lives at the post office more than 2 weeks, it will be returned to us which you must be charged for the next shipping cost once again.

Due to The Canada Post Service doesn't provide online tracking for registered international Air Mail. It is unable to track the current location of the package after shipping the items. Additionally, we also have an experience in shipping to Canada which the buyer hadn't received the items after waiting for long long long time--almost 3 months. So, PLEASE allow us not to accept the order from Canada; we will not be happy if we see our customers in bad mood :( .... Please understand us, please, please.
