I ship once a week. I mark your items as 'shipped' on Esty when I have sent them.
I make every effort to have safe delivery of your items. However, occasionally a package arrives damaged. I request that if anything is damaged in shipping, that you take photos to email me to the shipping company to file a claim. These photos include the box, interior packaging, address label with tracking number on the box and each side of the box (USPS and UPS requirements to apply). Also they request that you keep the packaging until investigation is complete. I cannot reimburse you unless we go through this process.
