Shipping and handling will be 3 to 5 business days after payment has cleared. Customer must state if insurance is desired on the item shipped. Rate will be added to your cost. Shipping Confirmations will be used for tracking. I will combine orders. My standard handling fee is $3.00 per shipment. I will reimburse shipping costs paid to me that are in excess of the shipping and handling fees. Please contact me if you have any questions.
I accept credit cards accepted by Etsy. Payment should be made upon purchase through Etsy Checkout. Only Etsy gift cards are accepted. Payment can be made via PayPal I no longer accept checks due to lengthy clearing time of payment, and potential fraud. Other methods such as cash on pick-up, require customer contacting me to make arrangements. There is no extra charge for the pick-up.
Payment must clear before anything is shipped.
Prices are firm. Lower offers are not accepted. Prices are calculated on cost of materials used and time spent in creating and perfecting my items. Some of my projects can take over six weeks to complete. That sometimes results in wages less than twenty-five cents an hour in order for me to set a reasonable price for the completed item. Although I create for enjoyment, I still have bills to pay. Etsy is a source of income for me. Thank you for understanding that.
Returns or Refunds? I sell under the mandate of "NO RETURNS". If absolutely necessary, then, within 30 days I must first receive the item undamaged. If it is in satisfactory condition when I personally inspect it, I will refund the price the customer paid. Customer pays all return postage.
Cancellations of orders are not accepted after item has shipped.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
No returns accepted on most items and those will be labeled as "No Returns". Any returned item must be received by me in same condition as it was sent by me. Refunds will be handled accordingly (see payment information), customer MUST communicate with me via email. Customer will pay all return fees and postage.
Customer must contact me with any questions about the items before buying. I do my best to pack my items securely so if there are problems upon receiving the item (box was squashed, driven over, etc.) contact the shipping service that delivered it. If you want it insured, be sure to let me know upon payment.
