This is a lot of 9 bags, 10 hooks each, of drapery or curtain pleater hooks. They are for a 3 inch heading. These were my Mother-in-Law's, and are new and unused. 9 of the 8 bags have never been opened, and the one that was opened is intact. Thank you for looking.
I will happily combine shipping, and always try to send an item in the most affordable way. I normally ship within one day of purchase, but try to ship same day. Rarely, it may be two days depending on the weather, etc. Any item over $20.00 will normally be insured. If the item is purchased internationally, then I will be sure that it can be accepted through customs. If not, then there can be no sale. Please be advised that you will be responsible for any customs fees, and delays are always possible. If I offer First Class Mail International, and the buyer purchases multiple items, then the package may go over the weight limit. If that is the case, then the next most affordable method will be chosen, and the buyer must pay the difference. I would notify you of this within one day. International buyers please provide me with a phone number. Please be advised that I am a big "recycler", so I use recycled boxes and packing material. They will be clean, but will show signs of prior usage.
Payment can be in the form of PayPal, credit or debit cards, gift cards or money orders. Personal or bank checks are allowed, depending on the situation, and must clear before I ship the item. Payment is required within two days of your commitment, unless there is some extenuating circumstance, and you contact me immediately.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Item is shipped as it is described in the ad. Please remember that most of what I sell is VINTAGE, and therefore, there may be typical condition issues associated with vintage items. If there are any defects, I will try to correct the problem, but will be happy to refund your money if returned in the proper way. If I missed something in my description, please notify me. The item must be returned in "as shipped condition" within 14 days of receipt by buyer. If it was sent insured, it must be returned insured, and the buyer pays all the fees. If you are unhappy with the item for ANY reason, please contact me immediately. I want you to be completely satisfied, and will try to rectify any issues. Remember, many of my items are vintage, and there can be certain condition issues with vintage or antique. I will always describe the item carefully, and if there are frays, spots, wear marks, stains, or musty odors, I will make this very clear in the ad. I prefer not to sell any items with issues, but due to the age of some items, this cannot normally be avoided. The items come from a smoke-free home, but not a pet-free home! Best regards...
