Any package over 1 pound will have $100 insurance automatically added by the post office. Regular first class mail on small packages does NOT include insurance. If you would like to add insurance for a small package (under 1 pound) please let me know so that I can add the extra cost to your shipping order. Once the package leaves my hands as I deliver it to the post office, I am no longer responsible for it unless it is insured.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We want you to love your order! Any item (non-special order, and non custom order) may be returned within 7 days of receipt of the product. Initial shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges unless otherwise noted. Please note that a refund or exchange will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) if they are returned in unused, resalable condition.
I ask for consideration of my time and effort. Each and every item in my shop is entirely handmade by me. Please ensure you are ordering exactly what you want and are aware of the turnaround times.
****CUSTOM ORDERS**** are made just for you, and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged (unless defective or damaged in shipping). Any item that requires a color, name, or date selection/specification is considered a custom item and is non-refundable.
****SPECIAL ORDERS**** are made just for you and cannot be cancelled. This means that the items are not in stock, and are being made to suit your specific quantity needs. Due to the time requirements special orders take, returns are subject to approval on a case by case basis at my discretion, and if approved will incur a 20% restocking fee. Return requests on special orders must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
****DAMAGED ITEMS****If the items are damaged in transit, please let me know as soon as possible and I will arrange to re-issue new merchandise, or issue a full refund, shipping included. All claims of damage during transit must be made within 7 days of order receipt and proof of damage is required in order to receive a replacement or refund. No refunds or replacements will be given for damage claims made after 7 days or for buyers who cannot provide proof of damage.
