The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
For pattern purchases there is a no refund policy. All other items may be returned within seven days of receipt and must be in the same condition they were when they were shipped. When returning an item I as the seller reserve the right to request the item be insured all return shipping cost and insurance will be the responsibility of the buyer.
I love making custom items! If you have any questions about the process feel free to contact me. I do reserve the right to decline images, quotes, charm selections I feel are inappropriate. In the event the purchase was made prior to our communication, I will provide a full refund or the option to select an appropriate image, quote or charm.
