The items purchased will be shipped in 1-2 business days from when Etsy shows confirmed payment.
I ship USPS priority mail. Express mail must be requested by the buyer and added costs to ship will be the buyer's responsibility. Express mail will require the buyer to contact me at the time of sale, as I usually send same day or the next. Sometimes i use UPS, especially for large, bulky, or heavy items.
Shipping costs that exceed $2 above the listing quote will be credited to the original method of payment. Paypal charges a fee so the shipping overages for buyers using Paypal need to exceed $2.50 before a postage overage refund is issued. This is easily avoidable if you message me before buying for an accurate shipping price. The costs to ship vary widely across the country and the world.
Tracking and confirmation of delivery is always included in the quoted shipping cost. You can track your order on "My Purchases" page. Please do not hold me responsible for the lack of speed of the postal service. Once it leaves my hands I no longer control the package.
Purchases requiring extra insurance and/or a signaure of confirmation of delivery will be paid by the customer, requiring a second invoice, depending on the amount. If the costs are minimal I will pay the costs, ( $2.00 or less ).
If purchasing more than one item, combined shipping will be applied as to the specifics of the size and weight of combined shipping. Contact me for more information. Many times I can ship up to five or six pieces of jewelry for the price I have to charge for one.
GwendalysaArts accepts credit cards, debit cards, ApplePay, and PayPal. Items are shipped once the payment has processed.
I will hold or reserve an item for no more than one week. You will need to message me to use this option.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
-The items I list are vintage or antique and in most cases have been used. I disclose any flaws or wear that I can find and include photographs that accurately show the condition of the items. It is your responsibility as a buyer to pay careful attention to the descriptions including dimensions, sizes. The photographs are an important part of the description.
-NO REFUNDS will be issued for reasons that have been stated in the description or shown in an item's listing. If you return an item without my consent I will not refund your payment. We must both agree on the return ahead of time.
-If you wish to return an item because of a reason other than what was stated in the description or shown in a photograph, please contact me.
-Your return request must be reasonable and you must message me within 3 days of recieveing the item(s). All Negative reviews are settled amicably, however, these reviews are irreversible as per Etsy policy. Please be assured that I make every effort to resolve any and all concerns.
-I want your experience to be a pleasant one. I will do what I can to negotiate a compromise.
-All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and the item must be in the same condition as it was when it was shipped to the buyer. No exceptions.
-A refund of the cost of the item will be completed after the item(s) has/have been received by my shop.
-IMPORTANT!!! If an item has been damaged in shipping, make sure to photograph the item still in the packaging. *** USPS will not honor the insurance if the photos of the damaged items are taken without the packaging. Contact your local Postal service with your photos of damage, as all shipments are insured. Some Post Offices request you to fill out and send in a form. I make sure each item is insured therefore, I will NOT be responsible for damages. It is the responsibility of the customer to take the proper photos and fill out the proper forms for reimbursement.
-Any extenuating problems with your purchase can be discussed through the Etsy messaging system. I make every effort to be reasonable.
