We ship USPS First Class Mail and Priority. Items ship within 3 business days. Domestic orders usually arrive in 3-4 business days, once shipped. We only ship Internationally by request. International orders take approximately 6-12 business days, once shipped.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders due to nature of the item. This includes all alterations to any original design, including but not limited to color, size, and style of the item.
- We will accept returns if you contact us immediately, within 3 days of receiving your item, and your item is still in the package. Props and hats must be unwashed and unused. You are responsible for return shipping.
- If an item arrives to you damaged, please contact us immediately. We will exchange your item if we are contacted within 3 days of you receiving your item. If it is past the 3 day window, we cannot exchange the item.
- We are not responsible for errors made by the post office. We strongly encourage you to purchase shipping confirmation and tracking, if you need your item immediately.
- Please order your items well in advance. We can rush orders for an extra charge. Please let us know before your purchase the item.
