All orders will be shipped via USPS (first class mail with tracking for most items- flat rate may be used for multiple items that exceed weight)
We ship to the address you have provided Etsy. If there is a mistake you need to let us know as soon as possible because once a item has shipped we can not change its address. If the incorrect address was provided any additional shipping costs would be paid by the buyer
Our current turn around time is 1-2 weeks. Once the item has shipped it normally takes 2-5 days for arrival but could take longer in the hands of usps. Due to the continued issues with USPS we are not responsible for items once they have been sent. We do track all items and watch for any glitches with usps and we do everything in our power to get your items to you in a timely manner. Please do not wait until the last minute to order/ as often we have no guarantee on usps estimated shipping dates.
We can ship internationally - message us to ask for this option but please allow longer shipping times. We are not responsible for your countries custom fees\
we use the etsy shipping calculator for larger items. if this amount is calculated higher than the actual shipping cost we will refund you the difference the day the item ships out.
We accept credit cards and paypal as form of payment. Item will ship after payment has been received Cancellation must be within 3 hrs

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds and exchanges will not be given on custom orders. If you have any problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving item and before leaving a neutral or negative feedback, we want you to be happy with your order and will gladly try to work something out with you. Any refunds and exchanges will be granted at our discretion.
If a refund or exchange is granted it must be received in the same condition it was shipped in. We do not take back any items that are in different condition than what we shipped them in- used,washed,damaged, etc and a item in this condition will void the refund or exchange. we photograph many items as they are shipped so we know what condition was.
