I ship SAME DAY if your order is paid by 12:00 pm Pacific time, otherwise orders are shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment, Monday through FRIDAY.

Most packages are mailed first class. Anything weighing over 16 ounces is shipped either priority or parcel post, whichever is less expensive to me.

Additional return information
Please contact me directly if there is an issue with your order (i.e. damaged in shipping). Any items damaged in shipping will need to be properly documented and returned at no expense to the customer in order to receive a refund. You may be asked to provide photos of any damage before monies are refunded.
