We use Australia Post standard post for all our domestic postage, which can sometimes be a little slow. However we make every effort to post all orders, within Australia or overseas, as soon as we receive payment and everything is all good, just to make it as fast as possible on our end. If any postage charges quoted for any item are over what we actually pay at the time of posting we will immediately refund the difference to you.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
