This is a technique to speed up the tarnishing of sterling silver. If oxidized sterling is requested we will make the silver a dark shiny gunmetal color. This service is free of cost.
We order our material as orders are placed and cut that material to dedicate it to your order. As a micro business, we are not able to absorb the cost of returns and exchanges. If we make a mistake we will resolve that right away. If there is no mistake on our end, all sales are final. Please read descriptions and sizes carefully. We are also more than happy to anwser any questions you might have.
USPS does not consider a domestic package to be lost until after 30 days. International orders are not considered lost until after 6 weeks. If your tracking info is not updating, please contact USPS for help tracking it down and also email us as well. If your package is determined lost with no confirmed delivery, we will replace your order after this time period. Our policy for lost packages is replacement of the original order. If you entered the wrong address for shipping and the package is returned to us, you will need to supply an accurate shipping address and purchase postage for the package to be shipped again.
If your order has confirmed delivery via online tracking and you have not received your package we must be contacted within 5 days. We will try and remedy the situation by getting in contact with USPS to determine where your package is. Typically in these situations the package was delivered to the wrong address and your postal courier can retrieve it.
