All orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days after order is paid for unless you indicate that you want me to hold your order. If you want it shipped right away, I will still try to do my best to get your order out to you as soon as possible. I know how hard it is to wait after purchasing!

All shipments - both in the USA and international - will be sent via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation included - AS OF JAN 2018, MY SHIPPING RATES HAVE DECREASED TO UNINSURED SHIPPING. I do strongly advise contacting me to have your package insured.
As shipping fees have recently changed and I am not sure of what they are to all destinations, for now I have set international first class shipping fees at what might be the high end. At the actual time of shipment, if the shipping fee I charged you is more than $1 more than the actual cost, I will send you a refund for excess shipping.
INSURED SHIPPING COSTS vary depending on the value of the package and its destination. So I will have to figure out the cost of insurance for your specific order. Once I do, I will contact you with the additional amount you must pay and I will set up and easy "reserve" listing for you to pay. Shipping must be paid in full before I will send your order to you.
Unless you request a different destination I will ship to the address associated with either your Paypal or credit card. Please let me know if you want it shipped to another address right away so I print the correct shipping label.
All duty / custom / VAT fees at destination are the buyers responsibility and are totally beyond my control.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I will post as accurate photos and information about all of my products as is possible so that you understand exactly what you are purchasing before you make the transaction. Be sure to read the listing carefully and look at all the photos before placing your order so there are no misunderstandings about what you are getting.
I will package your items as securely as I can for shipping to reduce the potential for breakage as best I can. Infrequently packages can be damaged while en route with USPS. As I now ship uninsured, if your package gets lost or arrives damaged, I do not refund or reimburse. ***I STRONGLY suggest that you purchase insured shipping to protect your purchase. Read my shipping policies to find out how to add insurance to your order
But If you are unhappy with your order when you receive it, please contact me and perhaps we can come up with a solution that works for both of us. I sometimes do make mistakes and if I have, I will definitely make sure that you are happy with your purchase. At this point I have no wholesale plans or policies in place. If you are interested in placing wholesale orders, contact me to discuss pricing. Understand that I will only consider wholesale orders that are over $200 and from a registered business - either a shop front or designer who has a registered business.
