-Use chilled (not frozen) dough. -Use flour or nonstick spray to reduce sticking with highly detailed cutters. -If your dough is too moist it will stick to the cutter-- add some flour to your dough. -Still sticking? Pop your dough in the freezer for a couple minutes. If it is too warm, it will stick.
FAQ: "What kind of dough should I use?" FOR ALL COOKIE NOOBS. Dough spreads when it bakes. Unless you use a recipe for cookies that won't spread (google it, there are some great ones) your cookies will look like blob versions of whatever cutter you use.
We do not accept returns, but if your order is incorrect please contact us immediately and we will see what we can do. And we cannot guarantee that the cutter will come in the picture that is shown, it will probably be in whatever color is loaded at the time.
Wash with soap and water. Do NOT heat the cutter, it's ABS plastic.
Don't see your country on our shipping profiles? Just ask us, and we will probably ship to you :) Does a cutter take too long to get to you? Message me! I can usually get them out faster if you ask! "Did you ship it to the wrong address?" We purchase and print our shipping labels directly from Etsy, which means whatever address you have on file with Etsy is automatically the one we ship to.

---WHY IS MY CUSTOM COOKIE CUTTER SO EXPENSIVE? Typically cookie cutters run between $3-$7 if you buy them from somewhere like Walmart or Hobby lobby. But if you want a specialized cookie cutter, we have to design it from scratch. It has to go from a concept, to a line drawing, to a 3D model before it even touches our printer. That takes design time and materials. The more intricate the design, the higher design cost. After that you pay for materials, machine time, & shipping. If you pick a basic outline cutter, you're paying less because it takes less design time, less materials & less print time. And finally chances are that we can't resell your design to anyone else. So that's why custom cookie cutters can be pricey.
---WHAT COOKIE DOUGH DO I USE? Dough spreads when it bakes. Unless you use a recipe for cookies that won't spread, your cookies will look like blob versions of whatever cutter you use. My personal favorite recipe is NO FAIL SUGAR COOKIES on cakecentral.com I highly recommend using these cutters on chilled dough (not frozen!!!) and use some flour on your cutter to reduce sticking. This can be helpful with highly detailed cutters.
