Antique French Lace Vintage Ecru 2" Wide Estate Lot of 2 pcs / length over 9 feet from DecadencePast.
From the estate of a wealthy Californian family whose members moved out west & established a successful mercantile business during gold rush days. In addition to some fabulous Victorian clothing, I also acquired antique lace that had been carefully wrapped in paper. The heir said each female member of this well-heeled family was assigned her own seamstress; and due to the family's ability to acquire finery from around the world, they were indulged with the finer things in life.
I know nothing about lace; but these pieces seem quite lovely and still very usable. This is lot includes two lengths (one 56" long & one 58" long) with finished ends to prevent fray - the lace hasn't been pressed or steamed so it's presently slightly over 2" wide with a scalloped edge.
CONDITION: No snags, breaks or stains.
DELIVERY is prompt & careful - I ship same or next business day following payment receipt and am happy to recalculate postage for combined orders.
First things first... I'm a FAST shipper! When I buy something online I'm anxious to receive it so I try not to make you wait any longer than necessary. Etsy shipping will give you a couple postage options and I always ship same or next business day following receipt of funds. I also package responsibly to ensure safe delivery.
If you desire extra insurance, please convo me before checkout so I can give you a quote and add it to the listing before you pay.
If you have ANY questions about shipping (or if the ship cost through Etsy checkout just doesn't look right), please don't hesitate to convo me so I can double check it for you.
Combined shipping to one address is available for multiple purchases between both shops.
Etsy direct checkout, Paypal or money orders are accpetable. Personal checks are fine as long as you don't mind waiting 'till funds clear. If a check's returned NSF, I'll ask you to cover the bank fee - it's only fair.
If you're not using Paypal or Etsy instant payment, please let me know so I'll know when to expect your remittance.
Payment is expected within 3 days of sale date; but I'm happy to make layaway plans for purchases over $50. I realize there may be emergencies that crop up; so if for some reason the 3 day grace period can't work for you, please contact me so we can make other suitable arrangements.
