Get Shipping Costs

I ship everything up to 13 ounces First Class US Mail. Everything more than 13 ounces is shipped Priority US Mail. Once your order is in the mail, it is no longer my responsibility. The Postal Service would then be the responsible party and should be contacted for any problems with delivery.

To help keep shipping costs low and be environmentally friendly, I use recycled materials to pack purchases whenever possible. Please let me know, via notes or convo, if you would NOT like your purchases shipped in recycled packaging.

I use delivery confirmation whenever possible so I know when you receive your shipment. I can also let you know the tracking number if you request it.

Signature confirmation is available upon request and at customer's expense.

I will add insurance when requested, at customer's expense.

I will ship to Canada via First Class International mail- there is no delivery confirmation available with this service.

If you are interested in International shipping to other destinations, please contact me and we will work out the details.

Payments

I accept payment through PayPal, Etsy Gift Cards and Direct Checkout. I try to ship within 48 hours of receiving payment, except on weekends and holidays. Make sure I have your correct shipping address when payment is sent. And please let me know if your shipping address is different than the PayPal address, if paying through PayPal.

If you have any concerns about payment, please contact me. I'm usually pretty willing to work with you!

Returns & exchanges

I try to pack everything so it arrives in great shape. However, if there is a problem, please contact me and I'll do my best to fix it!

I try to list everything so that it reflects exactly what the product is through pictures and words. Please make sure you know what you are buying because I do NOT do refunds, returns or exchanges on product. If you have any questions about any of my listings, please feel free to contact me via Etsy messaging or email.

Additional policies

I love to do custom work. Please contact me if you see something you like and you would like it custom made for your colors, sizes, etc. I also make books and pages that are photo ready that make excellent gifts for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, etc. Contact me and we'll figure out a time frame and a price!
