Parcels will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on size. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Delivery confirmation and/or insurance, if desired, are optional and carry extra fees. Please contact me to arrange for these shipping services before you buy so I can quote the costs for you.

Please note that Golden Leaves is not responsible for packages lost in the post if they are not insured.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds & Exchanges: Golden Leaves is unable to handle exchanges, as the vast majority of items are one-offs. Items are offered as-is. If you have any questions, please ask before you buy.

If you are unhappy with an item, please contact me within three (3) days of receipt of the item. Returns *must* be received by me within (5) days of this contact. Original shipping costs are not refundable and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned items. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. For international buyers, Golden Leaves is not responsible for any customs duties that may be assesed.

If your insured item is damaged in transit, please contact me to arrange for repair or refund.
