Too soon for Spring---but we can dream and we can start now... There is still plenty of winter but this yarn is ready with the shades of Spring: lime green and sky blue.
The yarn is 100% Border Leicester wool from a lovely (and shy) sheep called Serenity. Serenity lives in WV at etsy's own sheepsandpeeps.etsy.com
The yarn is curly, fluffy, heavy enough to be made into something quite sturdy against the elements--or felted for that matter (though that would surely mitigate the subtle green shadings). It is a bulky weight.
There is one skein of 50 yards.
I would use a size 13 needle or larger for knitting and work loosely.
I will send your purchase out the next day after payment is received. No fancy packaging for me--just tissue paper inside an environmentally-conscious mailing bag. It's compostable! I understand international customs rules and will fill out forms accordingly. I will ship pkg air mail but not priority to international addresses. And Canada? No problem. Formerly I took your package across the Bridge to mail. Turns out it is less expensive and faster to mail from the Bflo airport post office--so that is what I'll do.
Please pay promptly, so I can send your purchase out right away. Paypal and credit cards make a sale finish quickly. If you prefer a check or money order, that's ok. I need to receive your check within 7 days of sale or I will cancel the sale. Any problems, just convo me.
Returns & exchanges
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I think it is difficult to buy yarn online, when the best part of buying is touching, smelling, seeing in different lights. I will refund the full price for any yarn skein that has not been unwound, or any full-wt unspun roving. And if it never arrives at all? Let me know right away and we'll try to find a good solution. Thanks.
