I attempt to mail your items within 1-3 days of your order; I usually like to go to the post office on only Mondays and Thursdays. Orders will be shipped First Class. If you are dissatisfied with your order when you receive it, please contact me as soon as possible through email. If you need to make a Return, I will Refund your money once I receive the items. I will only Refund to you the Postage for one way, not for Return shipping also.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
