** If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me about a refund or exchange. I try very, very hard to make sure each sale is successful, however on occasion there might be a customer who just doesn't like something they purchased, or changed their mind...or whatever...in that situation please read below:
You would need return the item (original condition with tracking) in this situation, and contact me prior to shipping so that we both are in the loop regarding what is being shipped back. You will then need to ship back with tracking please. Contact me for the return mailing address.
Please contact me within 14 days of receiving item for a refund/return/exchange inquiry.
**Once I physically have the returned item back in my hands (and have determined that It is in its original condition) I will gladly/promptly refund the amount paid for the item.

( such as working with electricity, moving parts, or chemicals). If you have allergies to certain metals, please exercise appropriate caution.
If you have metal allergies don't buy that metal. I am happy to substitute earwires in a metal of your choice...just ask.
