Shipping listed is an estimate of what it would cost from the East Coast to the West Coast. I send my items out USPS Priority Mail unless the item is large or it is much cheaper to send it USPS Parcel Select or USPS First Class Mail. I add insurance to an item if it is over $50.00. I do combine shipping, but please send me a convo me after you put the items into your cart. I can adjust the shipping for you before you check out.
I use recycled packing materials like used bubble wrap, newspaper, used peanuts, and used boxes.
Make sure to allow extra shipping time during the holiday season. If you need your items before 3-5 days, convo me and we can make different arrangements.
I will ship to a different address for gift giving. Just leave a note at checkout and a convo also with the address, otherwise, I will use the address you have listed with Etsy.
I can ship internationally, if the item is under 4 lbs. it can ship USPS First Class International. Just send me an Etsy convo.

All payments must be issued through Paypal or Etsy's direct checkout. Items will be shipped to the address you show during checkout. So make sure the address you have listed is up-to-date. If you would like to purchase something and need more time to make a payment, I will put the item on reserve for you for the period of time we discuss. If you change your mind and no longer want the item, please let me know as soon as possible so I can make it available to the public again.
You do not need a Paypal account to pay through Etsy's direct checkout via credit card. Select the "Paypal" button during checkout and follow the instructions.
Immediate payment is expected during checkout. Orders will be shipped only after full payment has been received.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
I am sorry, but because each item is used I have a "no return or no refund" policy unless I greatly misrepresented a piece in the description. So if you have any doubts or questions, please contact me via convo with Etsy. I will be more than happy to help you.
I do my best to carefully package your purchase, if your item is not insured, I cannot make a refund or a return. If your item is insured, you as the buyer have to follow the steps of filing the proper paperwork. An Etsy convo to me needs to be made immediately upon arrival. Be prepared to have to take photo's of the damage. Keeping the original packaging will also be necessary. Insurance through Etsy is pretty quick, insurance through the US Post Office takes up to 30 days. I cannot refund shipping in any case. Should we accept a return a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees in addition to the original shipping charges.
No returns will be considered after 3 days.
If you live in an area that has a lot of foot traffic and you would like a signature confirmation, please let me know beforehand, as it is extra.
Although sales are final, I will work with you to the best of my ability. Please keep in mind that I am not a corporation, just someone selling items out of her home. If you would like to contact me, please do it through Etsy's convo, as it is their policy.
