Great little vintage Pelouze postal scale which measures anything up to 2 pounds. Grandma Ginger uses it to display pictures and other stuff, too.
Details: Face of scale is easy to read and all the numbers are clearly seen
This is model Z2
Accuracy of measurement is not guaranteed. Scale is adjustable. Use it for looks! The plate that holds whatever you measure moves freely up and down. Seems to measure within a couple of ounces of other scales.
Please see the pictures for the condition of this great little scale. The plastic is chipped on the left side behind the face but it doesn't really show when you are looking at the scale face on. It doesn't impact how the scale operates. The face is bright and easy to read. There is some sort of mark on one side. It might come off with some scrubbing but I am not sure.
This scale is in great vintage condition.
Made in USA in Evanston, IL. in 1991.
6" X 4.5" X 4"
Listing is for scale only. All other items are for display purposes only and not included in the price.
Have any questions? Drop me a convo and I will get back as quickly as I can. I am happy to combine shipping if you find something else to purchase. Just convo me and I will adjust the shipping accordingly.
Thanks for taking a peek into Grandma Ginger's Closet!
Items are shipped generally via USPS Priority mail because they include insurance and tracking numbers in their price. Most often it is the least expensive service from where I live and they usually deliver in 3-4 business days in the US. Books are sent via USPS via media rate.
However, my goal is to save you money, not gouge you with shipping charges, so I reserve the right to use the shipping service that I deem to be the most cost effective.
So you can follow your treasure on its journey from Grandma Ginger's Closet to your mailbox, I will provide you with a tracking number.
Shipping quotes are my best estimate based on the weight and size of the package. Should you like me to get shipping rates for your zip code and have an exact quote, convo me BEFORE you purchase with your zip code and I will get the exact shipping cost and adjust the shipping accordingly. Otherwise, I assume that you are cool with my estimate and we will go with that.
Should you need your items quicker than 3-4 days, please drop me a convo before you purchase so that we can work out the details. I'm flexible like that!
To remain green, I use reclaimed packing materials whenever possible so shipping costs stay low and mounds of supplies stay out of the waste stream.
I accept Etsy payments. That means I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Etsy gift cards. Please check that your mailing address is the same as on file with PayPal, is correct & has been verified.
Returns & exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Additional return information
This is where it can get sticky, isn't it? Here's what I think. Sometimes things get broken during delivery. I hate that and so do you. That's why I always go with insurance to cover any breakage or loss so we can avoid any unhappy feelings as much as possible.
I promise I will wrap your treasures all nice and snug, but I have no control over what some unthinking delivery person who doesn't care what fragile means does with your package. Insurance protects us both. So since everything is covered with insurance, refunds are not given unless covered by insurance.
THE (NOT SO) FINE PRINT Please note that as a vintage item, this piece may not be in perfect condition (which is the charm of vintage). I describe items as well as I can, but I am not an expert, just a junk junkie! Therefore, all items are sold in as-is condition. Look pics over carefully and shoot me a convo with any questions before purchasing to avoid any misunderstandings.
I aim to please and want you to love your purchase as much as I do. BTW, my home is smoke-free.
I am happy to reserve items for you for a limited time so we can work out details, etc. but Grandma Ginger's closet is pretty full so after a week I will need to take them off reserve. No worries, though, as usually we can work out most details in that amount of time! Just keep me posted!
