Large furniture pieces which do not have a shipping price listed are local pick-up or buyer arranged shipping only. I will be happy to work with you on either option. Arrangements should be discussed before purchase.
For all other items, I ship three (3) days a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
I utilize Etsy's calculated shipping, meaning that shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the item and its destination. I do not add any shipping and handling charges.
All shipments are sent via USPS
Also, please note that, as often as possible, I mail items using reused mailing supplies to continue my commitment to making smart environmental decisions. The package may no be pretty but serious care is given to make sure your item is packed and sealed very well.
All payments are due immediately after purchase.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Please contact me if you receive something damaged or there is a problem with the item. If we agree on a return you will be responsible to pack the item safely and return the item back to me at your cost. This is on a case by case basis. Once I receive it in the condition that it was sent to you, I will credit you for the purchase cost of the item not to include shipping costs.
