Pattern and instructions to make an approx. 55" diameter tree skirt, approx. 16" high stockings and approx. 5.5" high ornaments featuring Mickey and Minnie.
Pattern is uncut and factory folded. One Mickey mouse face transfer has been cut from the sheet. I believe that is the only cutting. I have no way of knowing if it was used or if any of the transfers will still work. You can get a transfer pencil where you buy sewing supplies to draw over the transfers if they don't work.
Envelope is showing wear and tear. Top flap is torn half way. Pretty rough but still together.
I will normally ship US Postal Service unless I have an item that would be better shipped by another carrier.

Additional return information
I try to give accurate descriptions and pictures of all items I sell. Used items are sold "as is". Items we have made will be described in as much detail as possible with dimensions, color, material used, etc. and all sales are final.
My home is a non-smoking home. I do have a cat. I find items at estate sales, garage sales, antique shops, resale shops, thrift stores, junk shops, flea markets, trade days....you get the idea....so I cannot know what environment they were in originally.
