Once payment has been received your items will ship within 1-2 business days after via USPS First Class Mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info. If you require priority or express shipping, those options are available in the "Shipping Upgrades" section of my shop!
If a package is lost. We are not, however, responsible for lost packages by USPS. Make sure the shipping address is correct and in English if shipping outside of the US.
Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. We currently accept credit card & PayPal.
Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds are accepted as long as the gems remain intact and undamaged. Once items are received within 10 days of purchase, you will be fully refunded, minus shipping.
International Orders Buyers are responsible for any additional customs and import taxes that might apply. Seller is not responsible for delays due to customs.
