Indigo: It is such an incredible colour for so many reasons! Mesmerizing, striking and much loved, the colour itself is a heady mix between Violet and Blue and has been intrinsic to many cultures throughout history and continues to inspire creativity today. The creation of a colour as magical as Indigo is a work of love. The process from cultivating the plant to extracting pigments can take over two years. Its one of the wonders of the nature!
--- This colour has been mulled by hand on a glass slab and poured with love. Each half pan is wrapped in foil and a label made from handmade watercolour paper. --- Half pan is a universal size and fits in all palettes designed to hold it. Each pan is magnetized. --- This paint is made from the finest Artist grade non toxic pigment. Each watercolour pan contains nontoxic pigment bound with my own binder that includes honey, high quality gum Arabic and a natural preservative.
Unlike the commercial watercolors, LostinColours watercolour paints are high quality, as they are free of fillers, chemical preservatives and toxins. And it couldn't be simpler!!
It is a product that I have poured my heart into and one that I hope you'll love. It takes at least three weeks for each pan from start to finish. Each pan contains more than 5ml of paint. Being a handmade product no two will look alike or be 'perfect'. If they have some cracking or are sticky, this is normal. It will not affect the use or ability of the paint to re-wet.
I hope that you find great joy in painting with these beautiful handmade watercolour paints ☺.
FOR ARTISTS USE ONLY. NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN. IT CAN BE A CHOKING HAZARD BEING A SMALL PART. PLEASE USE AS INTENDED. NOT FOR CONSUMPTION. AVOID PAINT GETTING ON TO YOUR SKIN.
The pigment has been chosen responsibly and made into paint so as not to cause any environmental damage or harm to the aquatic flora and fauna.
