A small wrought-iron sickle for collecting herbs, flowers or cereals.
In the ancient practices of herbalists was called "boline" or "bourine". Often it was a curved dagger with a traditionally white handle that was used to cut grasses, flowers, branches from trees, to make a staff, writing inscriptions on candles, etc.
The handle is impregnated with a natural handmade wax impregnation.
This arrived safely, and is a gorgeous piece of craftsmanship. Many thanks.
