It has superior stretch due to 5% lycra content.

We ship USPS. We are not responsible for lost packages once they leave our home and are in USPS hands. All packages will have delivery confirmation. Notify me if you would like to purchase optional insurance. Items will be shipped promptly upon payment. For in-stock items please allow 1 to 3 business day for items to ship. Items are shipped to the address on your PayPal unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping: I do ship internationally. Please contact me for a shipping quote and a custom listing. In most cases, a single item shipping is around $8, for the first class international mail. For a more accurate estimate please convo me the name of your country. Customs are your responsibility. Inquire at your local post office about custom collection. Frequently, there is a predefined limit for custom collections, for example $100. I will not be responsible for the lost international mail, if you want to purchase insurance or declare a monetary value for your order, please let me know.

Payments

PayPal is the only accepted form of payment. Please pay soon after making a purchase. Your order will be shipped only after payment is made. Items not paid for within 24 hours of purchase will be re-listed.

Returns & exchanges

Inspect all items upon arrival; make sure all snaps are functional. (We do the same before shipping any items to you.)

Diapers sewn by Baby Coon Designs are guaranteed against sewing/workmanship defects, snap and elastic defects for 60 days. Diapers will not be replaced or refunded due to staining or repelling issues.

If you are not completely satisfied, please contact me and return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a refund. I will refund your payment through PayPal, minus the cost of shipping. The return shipping is your responsibility. We only accept returns on unused, unwashed and untreated items, there is no exceptions to this. Diapers and inserts should be in the original condition. Items returned that are not in their original condition will not be refunded. You should send me an email, notifying me about your intent of returning product. Any returns made without notifying me in advance or made after 14 days period will not be honored and no refund will be made.

Second Quality, Tester and Free items are not covered under the diaper guarantee. These items are sold as is. There is no warranty, exchanges or refunds on seconds.

Additional policies

I can take a limited number of custom orders per month, these are listed as "Custom Spots". Please contact me if you need different quantities and I will try to accommodate you. If you see anything sold in the shop that you like, the chances are that I will stock the same item in the near future. You can check with me to see if something that you want will appear soon, if you like. Also, please convo me, if you need inserts for each pocket diaper that you buy from my shop, and I will make a custom listing.
