I ship everything by USPS. I ship mostly by First Class mail both in padded envelopes and small boxes. For larger items I ship by Priority Flat Rate boxes and envelopes. I try and keep my postage charges to a minimum, to save my customers on postage charges. I do combine as ofter as I can multiple items in which you have purchased. This will save you money on postage, too.
I do NOT ship out of country. My sales are for USA Buyers, only. This may change down the road, but for now to the United States only.
I also ship everything out with a Tracking Number. I have learned a valuable lesson so I always ship with tracking. Once shipped, I will email you the Tracking Number so you can track it as well.
I try and ship everything out in 2-business days. I do ship on Saturday's as well. Holidays will affect shipping times as the Post Office does close down on Holidays.
Most of everything I ship arrives to you in 3 to 4 business days. The post office must love me as they are very fast. Alaska and Hawaii will take a little longer to receive. I do not ship to any FPO's or APO's or any US occupied countries such as Guam, Okinawa or any war zones.
I accept payment of PayPal and Etsy Payment Plans, from all my Buyers. I will accept payment by Money Order, only if it is a USA Postal Money Order. I will not accept any other kinds of money orders. Please do not send Cash...

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I do have a 14-day Refund policy.
If you are not delighted in your purchase, I will refund to your PayPal account the original purchase price and original postage charge.
All Returns are paid by the Buyer and will NOT be refunded. If you have to return an item, you must first email me and let me know you want a Refund so I can give you a Return Authorization Code. No Code, no Refund.
I will not issue a Refund if the item has been damaged in any way. If the item has had any lapidary work done on it ( such as Opal and Turquoise ) I will not issue a Refund if the gemstone has cracked while cutting or fractured as only GOD can predict if a gemstone has any flaws. I will not issue a Refund if the item has been substituted for a similar item as I can tell the difference. I will not issue a Refund if the item is broke or damaged from return shipping because of poor packaging.
I have been selling on Ebay for over 15 years and have a perfect track record. My customers love what I sell and I cater to them as much as I can. I hope to offer the same here to my future Etsy customers.
